Study of the Main Scenarios for Bulgarian Energy System Development

This article presents results, analyses and financial value assessments obtained as a result of modeling the two scenarios - WEM and WAM from Integrated National Plan in the field of energy and climate of Republic of Bulgaria with widely-used software tool LEAP (the Low Emissions Analysis Platform). We compared our results with the ones of the consultants Deloitte and E3-Modelling that have performed the modeling for the plan. Finally, we give some analyses and conclusions.
