Resolving Way of Problems of Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers in China—Agriculture and Farmers Participate in International Division of Labour

Globalization's chaim and law foundation all are embodied in aims, principles, agreements of WTO.The paper analysed contents of supporting and utilization for China agriculture under WTO's pricinples and frame, make suggestions that utilizing international resources and markets fully, should exert the favoural labors resources and avoid the infavoural natural resources. Should adjust the focal points of supporting and protecting in agriculture, and give more financial money to educate and train farmers that whom to be competent to go abroad and doing works they can finish in natural resources exploiting and services or processing, only as the great numbers of rural excessive labors could be reduced and our agriculture can exert its comparative advantages in international competition.
