Experimental research and analysis on dynamic characters of turbine-generator unit frame foundation

The 1/8 scale model vibration experiment on 300MW T-G unit frame foundation in one thermal power plant has been carried out in this paper.The natural vibration frequencies,mode shapes and linear vibration displacements of prototype structure are acquired according to similarity relationships through model vibration experiment.There are some cases in the model vibration test,the unit equipment mass exists,doesn't exist and the stiffness test of exciting force joints.Analyze the test results,the natural vibration frequencies of structure reduced by the action of unit equipment mass.The author builds analysis model of simulation axis structure utilizing TGFP,SAP2000 and ANSYS software to analysis structural modal and steady state.The natural vibration frequencies,mode shapes and linear vibration displacements are acquired.The calculating curves of exciting joints displacement-frequency are similar with test curves.
