Study of K ! 0 ee decay with ISTRA+ setup.

Results of study of the K − → � 0 edecay at ISTRA+ setup are presented. 4476 events of this decay have been observed. The branching ratio (R) is found to be R = Br(K →� 0 ee) Br(K →�0ee) = (1.81 ± 0.03(stat) ± 0.07(syst)) � 10 −2 for E ∗ > 10MeV and � ∗ > 10 ◦ . For comparison with previous experiment the branching ratio with cuts E ∗ > 10MeV, 0.6 30MeV and � ∗ > 20 ◦ , used in most theoretical papers Br = (3.06 ± 0.09 ± 0.14) � 10 −4 . For the asymmetry A�(for the same cuts as in Table.2) we get A� = −0.015 ± 0.021. At present time it is the best estimate of this asymmetry. %newpage
