Mercury-IgM chelate, and preparation method and application thereof

The mercury-IgM chelate is prepared from mercury ions and IgM through chelating a sulfydryl group or/and a cysteine residue. The qualitative quantitative testing method of the mercury-IgM chelate is established in the invention to facilitate application of evaluating the mercury pollution degree in one area via quantitatively testing the mercury-IgM chelate. Through quantitatively testing the mercury-IgM chelate in serum of people in one area, the situation that people polluted by the mercury in the area is indirectly reflected, and the mercury pollution degree in the area is indirectly reflected. The quantitative testing method of the mercury-IgM chelate has greatly improved accuracy and repeatability.
