The filter assembly comprising: a fluid passage; and an adjustable limiting diaphragm that controls the flow of fluid through the fluid passage, wherein the adjustable limiting diaphragm having an open position in which a first non-zero fluid flow rate is provided through the fluid passage and a closed position in which a second non-zero fluid flow rate through the fluid passage is provided, wherein the first flow rate is greater than the second flow rate.
