Skin permeable peptide and method for using same

The aim of the present invention is to provide a new skin permeable peptide, a fused product which binds a biologically active substance using the same, a cosmetic composition containing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for external application to the skin. The skin permeable peptide of the present invention is less likely to cause an immune response compared to conventional skin permeable peptides, and exhibits remarkably improved skin permeability, and thus the biologically active substance can efficiently be delivered through the skin, particularly, through the stratum corneum.
