U-shaped pillow

The invention provides a U-shaped pillow. The eyes and ears of a person can be covered with the pillow, the head of the person can be stably supported by the pillow, and therefore outside sound and light are blocked by the pillow, it is difficult for the person to receive the outside sound and light, and the person can fall asleep peacefully. A U-shaped long groove is formed in the pillow, and the outside of the pillow is a cuboid and is sleeved with soft materials. The side face of the pillow is provided with a notch, and the notch can be a zipper or can be closed through other packaging techniques. The pillow is filled with high-elasticity matter. The portion, between a pillowcase and the high-elasticity matter, on the lower side of a pillow body is solidified through a wood body or a metal body or filler or other materials. Hook-and-loop fasteners are arranged inside the two sides of the outside of the pillow body. A piece of cloth or other flexible materials which have the length equal to the transverse length of the pillow are arranged in a matched mode. Hook-and-loop fasteners are arranged on one surface of each flexible material and matched with the hook-and-loop fasteners on the outside of the pillow body.
