Analisi quantitativa e qualitativa sugli oli d’oliva prodotti in Piemonte

After illustrating the conclusions of a survey on olive growing in Piedmont, samples of olive oil produced in Piedmont were analysed during the 2006 oil campaign. The results of the tests revealed a production with good chemical-physical and organoleptic quality.
