케이블 접속부에서 고무 슬리브와 케이블간의 접촉 거동에 관한 연구

2006
The dielectric breakdown for the joint of high voltage cable caused by several factors, such as a projection, air hole, impurities and so on. The lack of interfacial contact stress between cable and rubber sleeve is one of the main factors for the dielectric breakdown. Therefore, the interfacial contact stress between cable and rubber sleeve should be maintained over the uniform value. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interfacial contact stress at cable joint. To do it, the behavior of contact stress with friction coefficient. sleeve thickness and extension ratio is evaluated using finite element analysis and experiment. Based on the FEA results and experiments, it is verified that the larger friction coefficient, the smaller contact stress partially. The increase of extension ratio for jointing is proportioned to the increase of contact stress and the sleeve thickness has little relation with the variation of contact stress.
