Air film coke quenching additive agent

2007
The invention relates to a gas film coke quenching additive which is prepared from a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a film forming agent by mixing according to a certain ratio and uniformly stirring, wherein the foaming agent includes an inspiratory foaming agent and a foaming agent capable of spontaneously generating gas through reaction; the foam stabilizer mainly includes proteins, water-soluble polymer compounds and synthesized surfactants; and the film forming agent is a material capable of forming a passivation film on the coke surface. When the gas film coke quenching additive isdissolved in water to prepare a 0.01 to 1% solution as the substitute of common water for coke quenching, the solution, on one hand, can form a gas film on the coke surface to prevent the coke from being damaged by water, which is equivalent to coke dry quenching, meanwhile, the water is prevented from directly contacting with the coke due to the isolation effect of the gas film so as to greatly reduce the amount of the generated steam; on the other hand, a passivation film is formed on the coke surface, thus greatly improving the coke quality and remarkably reducing the discharge of harmful steam, which is conducive to environmental protection.
