According to the intraoperative colon decompression lavaging device disclosed by the invention, the lavaging device is used for carrying out a pressurization lavaging operation through the compression spring, thus the pressure of a lavaging liquid is larger, the flow of the lavaging liquid is adjustable, the lavaging operation efficiency can be improved, and the lavaging time can be saved; the pipe sleeve is arranged on the soft pipe of the decompressor and can be used for collecting sewages flowing out of the end of an intestinal canal so as to avoid infection on enterocoelia and wounds; and the soft pipe is longer and is convenient to discharge the sewages, and the sewages are contained in a sealed container so as to avoid odor from polluting air.
