The invention relates to a friction wear test machine for a high-temperature in-situ polymerized solid lubricating film. The machine comprises an upper main shaft, a lower main shaft, and a high temperature furnace; an upper sample is fixed on the upper main shaft, a lower sample is fixed on the lower main shaft, and the upper sample and the lower sample contact with each other to form a friction contact surface, which is placed in the high temperature furnace. The high temperature furnace is provided with a gas inlet channel and a gas outlet channel for in and out of gas phase chemicals. A test load is applied on the top part of the upper main shaft, the lower main shaft is driven by a variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, and a pressure sensor is arranged on the upper main shaft. The test machine can measure important parameters of the solid lubricating film such as friction factor, bearing ability, and lubrication sustaining ability, and a preset solid lubricating film can also be tested by the friction wear test machine at the same time.
