학교 건물의 GHP 실태조사 및 유지관리 방안 연구

In this study, through the heating and cooling system installation survey of school buildings, analyzed energy consumption and suggested effective GHP system maintenance method. And to contribute to the dissemination activated to respond to the government policy level. Systems installed in the elementary·middle·high school of the cities and province educational office, EHP and GHP installations are 77.4% and 5.3%, respectively. It is expected to increase GHP system installation ratio in accordance with the policy and the needs of replacement. Daejeon area schools in accordance with the results of survey the installed system energy consumption classified into three types, EHP, GHP, EHP+GHP based on main system. GHP system is lowest energy consumption compared to other systems and the average contract demand of electricity 24.8% less than EHP system. Efficient and proactive preventive maintenance is required by energy/system monitoring which utilizing ICT technology.
