Shandong Province is rich in tourism resources,the in-bound tourism developed rapidly in recent years,the number of visitors and foreign exchange earnings are in the forefront.Through the spatio-temporal structure analysis of in-bound tourism flow of Shandong Province,the text find that since the reform and opening-up,the in-bound tourism flow are divided into three growth stages,and keeping rising;The tourist mainly constitutes by the foreign tourist,the Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan tourist's fluctuation is big;The source of tourists country is quite centralized;The in-bound tourism development is unstable and obviously influenced by our country and source of tourists country's economy,politics and so on.
