The article is devoted to an urgent and non touched in a domestic science question on concept and kinds of norms of the right of European Union. The precise distinction between categories "source" of the right of the EU and norm of the right of the EU will be shown. The reasonable scientific basic and auxiliary classification of norms of the right of the EU is given.
