Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of neurodegenerative genetic disorders with clinical similarity to spastic diplegic Cerebral Palsy (CP). Multilevel surgery (MLS) is frequently used to treat the secondary musculoskeletal problems in patients with neuromuscular disorders.
