The utility model discloses an air regulating system capable of independently controlling temperature and humidity with a variable air volume; in particular, the output end of a draught fan is connected with the input end of an air treatment terminal; a draught fan controller is connected with the draught fan by a lead and controls the operation of the draught fan; a gas-liquid heat exchanger is arranged inside the air treatment terminal; the output end of a low-temperature cold source is connected with the input end of a control valve; the output end of the control valve is connected with the input end of the gas-liquid heat exchanger; and the output end of the gas-liquid heat exchanger is connected with the input end of the low-temperature cold source. The air regulating system has a simple structure, can independently control the air temperature and humidity, effectively saves energy source consumption and achieves a purpose of rapidly regulating an indoor comfortable environment.
