The invention provides a detecting method for high-precision electronic plug connector products of injection molding and relates to the electric connection piece manufacturing technology. According to the method, a detecting device for high-precision electronic plug connectors is used for detecting the high-precision electronic plug connector products of injection molding in real time. The detecting content includes a gap between projections of the welding end, a gap between projections of the outmost side of an injection molding body, a gap between projections of the portion, close to the plug connecting end, of the outer side of the injection molding body, a gap between projections of the portion, extending out of the inner side of the injection molding body, of the terminal, and a gap between projections of the portion, with the closest distance, of the plug connecting end. The method comprises the specific detection steps that a mathematical model of standard products and a mathematical model of acceptable products are set up, photographing is carried out, images are processed to obtain all on-the-spot survey values, and a central processor compares on-the-spot survey data of all the high-precision electronic plug connector products of injection molding with the mathematical model of the acceptable products of the high-precision electronic plug connectors of injection molding. According to the method, the high-precision electronic plug connector products of injection molding can be detected automatically, detection precision and efficiency are achieved, and the detecting reliability is improved.
