The management of quality costs in each of the processes of an organization encourages continuous improvement and establishes an order of priority for decision-making. Immersed in the pursuit of continuous improvement company Design and Engineering Services of Holguin is VERTICE, yet it lacks a management system for quality costs. This is why it is defined as a research objective the need to develop a methodology for implementing a cost management system of quality with a focus on processes. To fulfill the goal set theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. It was possible to design and validate a methodology that combines the process approach, and management system; and its application in VERTICE showed that this organization is located in an area of perfectionism.
