SME Financing:the Bottleneck and Its Solution——Based on the Perspective of Industrial Clusters

It is hard for small and middle-sized enterprises(or SME) to finance,which has been a secret worry to hinder the sound development of economy.The Difficulties are manifested in the following aspects: the stability between bank supply capability of capital and capital need of SME;the contradiction between loan preferences of banks and strict credit management and the absence of necessary functions of SME itself;the information asymmetry in bank-business game.But industrial clusters can reduce the credit risk of commercial banks so as to solve the information asymmetry in bank—business game.In order to solve the problem of SME financing bottleneck,it is imperative to develop industrial clusters to promote SME sustainable development.
