Antinucleon production in colliding e+-e− beams at SPEAR

The results of an initial survey for antiproton and antineutron inclusive events produced by colliding electron and positron beams of 5.2 GeV center-of-mass energy are reponted. The resulting upper limits are near the lower limit of the Bjorken-Kogut p branching fraction estimate and a factor of five larger than the simplest pure space-like inversion estimate.
