A Rare Success in Developing Countries:The Case of South Africa Student Loans

The failure cases of student loans can be seen everywhere in developing countries,while the student loan of South African is rare success story,because of its reaching the target population,good recovery and the cost of management in control.The fundamental reason for its success is that the Government has implemented the ideas of the pursuit of educational equity by means of legislation,not only engaging in financial resources,but also conferring some special power to the relevant agencies to assist and recover student loans.
