New records and rare species of Pottiaceae (Bryophyta) from Mongolia

New records and rare species of Pottiaceae (Bryophyta) from Mongolia. – Herzogia 33: 248 –256.Didymodon kunlunensis D.P.Zhao, S.Mamtimin & S.He and the genus Gyroweisia Schimp., with G. yuennanensis Broth., are reported as new records of the Pottiaceae to Mongolia. Didymodon maximus (Syed & Crundw.) M.O.Hill, a rare species for Mongolia, is reported here for the second time. Digital photographs, brief taxonomic comments, and distribution ranges of the two new records and one rare species are provided.
