Timing counter based on PXI bus

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of a virtual instrument and particularly relates to a timing counter based on a PXI bus. The timing counter based on the PXI bus comprises analog circuit parts and a digital circuit part, wherein two groups of the parallel analog circuit parts are arranged; the first group comprises a first AD (Analog-Digital) conversion circuit, a first resistance switching circuit, a first attenuation circuit, a first amplification circuit and a first comparator, which are connected in sequence; the second group comprises a second AD conversion circuit, a second resistance switching circuit, a second attenuation circuit, a second amplification circuit and a second comparator, which are connected in sequence; a first branch circuit is further arranged between a first amplifier and the first comparator and is connected to the second comparator; the digital circuit part comprises a PIX interface, a clock circuit and an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array); and the PIX interface and the clock circuit are connected with the FPGA respectively, and the first comparator and the second comparator are connected with the FPGA. The timing counter based on the PXI bus can be used for measuring an analog signal and a digital signal.
