The total ganoderma spore powder milk powder comprises total ganoderma spore powder and milk powder in a mass ratio of (1:10)-(1:100). The making method for the total ganoderma spore powder milk powder comprises material preparation and mixing. The total ganoderma spore powder milk beverage comprises total ganoderma spore powder, milk powder in an amount which is 10 to 100 times mass of the spore powder, molasses or white sugar in an amount which is less than 40 times mass of the spore powder and drinking water in an amount which is 200 times mass of the spore powder. The other total ganoderma spore powder milk beverage comprises total ganoderma spore powder, milk powder in an amount which is 0.4 to 20 times mass of the spore powder, non-dairy creamer in an amount which is 2 to 40 times mass of the spore powder, molasses or white sugar in an amount which is 1 to 40 times mass of the spore powder and drinking water in an amount which is 200 times mass of the spore powder. The making method for the total ganoderma spore powder milk beverage comprises material preparation, dissolution, volume fixation and pH and sugar degree regulation. The total ganoderma spore powder milk powder and the total ganoderma spore powder milk beverage keep the effects of the total ganoderma spore powder, eliminate the bitterness of the total ganoderma spore powder, achieve the appearance and flavor effects similar to milky tea, are easy to accept and popularize, and improve the immune function by daily drinking.
