Oil analysis special device based on collected optical fiber signal transmission and dual-layer multi-CCD (charge coupled device) detection

2013
The utility model discloses an oil analysis special device based on collected optical fiber signal transmission and dual-layer multi-CCD (charge coupled device) detection. The device is used for detecting contents of various metal elements in an oil sample, a turntable electrode is used for driving the oil to an analysis gap, the high voltage between two electrodes is used for producing spark discharge to excite the metal elements in the oil sample so as to produce emission spectrum; after the emission spectrum is transmitted to a grating through the optical fiber to split the light, the lights in different wavelengths are irradiated on different CCDs, and the contents of various metal elements can be obtained by detecting each spectral line light intensity signal and performing the digital operation. The instrument comprises a light source part, an optical fiber transmission system, a light-splitting system, a photoelectrical detecting system and a control circuit; the light source part is composed of a high-voltage generator, a stick electrode and the turntable electrode, a Paschen Runge device is adopted by the light-splitting system, an incident gap, a concave grating and CCD are fixedly arranged on a Rowland circle device. Compared with the existing instrument, the oil analysis special device is fast in analysis speed, simple in operation and convenient for maintenance, and capable of detecting dozens of elements simultaneously and directly feeding, and the pre-processing of the sample is unnecessary.
