Addendum to Proposal for Drell-Yan Measurements of Nucleon and Nuclear Structure with the FNAL Main Injector

We previously proposed measuring the fractional momentum (x) dependence of the ratio of the anti-down to anti-up quark distributions in the proton, ¯ d(x)/¯(x), using proton induced Drell-Yan reactions at 120 GeV. Since the submission of this proposal in April 2001, we have continued our work toward the realization of this experiment. In this addendum, we discuss details regarding the implementation of the experiment.
