Prognosis analysis of dental orthodontics for constant subgingival teeth fracture

Objective To investigate the prognosis of dental orthodontics for constant subgingival teeth fracture.Methods From September 2012 to September 2013,100 patients with constant subgingival teeth fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional periodontal repair stump,and the patients in observation group were given dental orthodontic traction repair,and the effects were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94%,and 60% in the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Seven patients(14%) had periodontitis in observation group,and 30 patients(60%) had periodontitis in control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions Dental orthodontic method in the treatment of constant subgingival teeth fracture,can significantly improve the overall clinical efficiency,reduce the postoperative complications,eliminate the symptoms,obtain the desired aesthetics,significantly improve the quality of life,increase the compliance,so it has ideal application value.
