Experimental analysis on secured agent based resource matching and virtual grouping of cloud resources — An integrated approach

2017
Resource allocation and utilization is the major part in cloud computing which enables customers to access the un-limited resources on demand and without any fixed upfront cost. The notion of cloud computing has not only reshaped the field of distributed systems but also fundamentally changed how businesses utilize computing today. An important issue faced in cloud in all the aspects is to match the needed resources to the consumers/users effectively i.e., with minimum or acceptable response time. A virtual grouping of resources has been done based on grouping of instance families and it resides in service providers. The virtual Machines (VM) offers the appropriate and more flexible way to configure and access the resources. A set of broker agents match consumers' requests to resources from providers. Empirical results show that mapper agents are doing well in matching requests to resources.
