Universal Free Medical Care:Conception,Objective,Principle and Feasibility

It analyzed the feasibility of the implementing universal free medical care under the premise of clarifying its concept,objectives,basic principles and liability subject.Through comprehensively analyzing the social system and welfare policy,economicand social development conditions,equity of health services and policy mechanisms in the construction of basic medical and healthcare system,it demonstrated that it was feasible to implement universal free medical care in China.
