The invention discloses a connecting structure of a tabular tensile sample and a fixture, used for a high-temperature tensile property test of a metal material. The connecting structure comprises the tabular tensile sample, an upper fixture and a lower fixture, wherein the tabular tensile sample comprises a working part, as well as a first clamping part and a second clamping part which are arranged at the two ends of the working part; a first clamping groove used for hanging the first clamping part is formed at a clamping end of the upper fixture; and a second clamping groove used for hanging the second clamping part is formed at a clamping end of the lower fixture. Compared with the high-temperature tabular tensile sample and the corresponding fixture existing at home and abroad, the connecting structure has the advantages that the length of the tensile sample is less; the centering performance is good; and the sample can be replaced easily under a high-temperature test condition.
