The invention relates to a high-temperature flue gas and dust dry purification and waste heat recovery process for an ore furnace. In the process, a flue connected with the ore furnace, a cooling filter, a high-efficiency cyclone separator, a membrane-structural dust precipitator, a cooler, a Roots blower fan, a gas storage tank and the like are utilized. The process is characterized in that high-temperature flue gas from the ore furnace successively passes through the cooling filter, the high-efficiency separator, the membrane-structural dust precipitator and the cooler for cooling down, purification and dust removal, so as to be recovered for use; and meanwhile the dust and heat in the flue gas are maximally recovered, and the problem that ore furnace flue gas and dust recovery and after heat utilization are difficult is solved. The high-temperature flue gas and dust dry purification and waste heat recovery process disclosed by the invention is adapted to high-temperature fume purification and after heat recovery for use for various ore furnaces; and in the process, the flue gas recovered and purified for a completely closed ore furnace is CO, and the gas obtained after purification for the completely closed ore furnace is mainly CO2.
