Optimisation of Operational Workload Levels Using Neurophysiological and Cognitive Techniques

Abstract : The object of the research programme at RAE is to identify and assess extremes of operational workload using either existing measures, for example, NASA TLX, SWAT, etc together with Neurological measurements. Data already exists from specialist laboratories which shows a reliable increase in the DC levels of brain activity with increasing workloads.
