노자철학에 있어서 여가문화 활성화 방안

Although interests in leisure and playing have been increasing among people, understanding of its cultural essence is still lacking, and, in industry fields as well, producing economic added values is mostly focused. This study Lao-Tzu"s Tao text to observe leisure implication. Lao-Tzu"s Tao is an essence of everything and principle of existence as well. Accordingly, Tao is also an essence in terms of human being. In other words, it"s a human nature, and the goal of leisure is to recover humble human nature in the perspective of Lao-Tzu. To exist an ideal human type requires an endeavoring process to get there, and the process is leisure. This endeavoring is to recover the human nature and to come back to the Tao, and this is the very Lao-Tzu"s ideology and the ideal type of leisure. The thesis presented ways that modern leisure should follow. It mentioned the meaning of idleness as of self-consciousness and human-centered leisure, and also presented leisure culture overcoming consumption-centered culture.
