Inhibition of Chemokine ccl7 or its receptor CCR3 for the treatment and diagnosis of prostate cancer

The invention relates to an inhibitor of the expression of the chemokine CCL7 or an inhibitor of the expression of CCR3 receptor or an inhibitor of the interaction CCL7 / CCR3 for use for preventing or treating the extension of prostate cancer outside the prostate capsule in a subject. The invention also relates to a method for determining the aggressiveness of a tumor of prostate cancer in a subject suffering from prostate cancer, comprising a step of determining the concentration or level of expression of the CCR3 receptor in a sample of prostate tumor cells obtained from said subject.
