The Exploration on Forestland Use for Transport Circuit of Yunnan Province

In accordance with Rules of Power Equipment Protection and Provisional Way for the Utilization and the Management of Forest Vegetation Regeneration Expenses,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between ecological environment protection and transport variable circuit construction to achieve the development coordinately between them.The paper analyzes the specialty of transport variable circuit and existing problems,and puts forward the principle and technique key points of accurately determining the occupied and expropriated forestland.It also suggests two steps in operation implementation.
