The accuracy research of AC waveform in differential sampling method

Differential voltage and measurement error are two mainly factors which influence the magnitude measurement accuracy in AC programmable Josephson voltage standard. For improving the accuracy of the measurement, in this paper, a simulation has been developed to minimize the differential voltage and measurement error by adjusting the phase, the number of steps, the sample rate, and the window function.
