A pivoting panel for an aircraft, comprising: a first surface plate (10) and a second surface plate (11); one front beam (12) at the front edge of the panel (3) and a rear spar at the rear edge of the panel (3); a frame structure arranged in a space defined by surface plates (10, 11) and rails (12, 13); at least two joints (16a-16d) arranged in the front edge portion of the panel (3); and at least one fitting (7) actuator connection which can be connected an actuator for pivoting the panel (3) in relation to the joints (16a-16d), and wherein the frame structure comprises at least a support (17) made of a composite material; the support member (17) comprises at least an extension portion (23); the position of the extension part (23) is arranged to correspond to the fixing (7) for connecting the actuator; and the extension portion (23) is provided with a first surface and a second surface, being connected the first surface to an inner surface of the first surface plate (10) of the panel and the second surface of the extension portion being attached ( 23) to an inner surface of the second surface plate (11), through which during assembly the support piece (17) is arranged as an integral part of the panel (3), wherein: the support part (17) comprises a first branch (24) and a second branch (25) arranged at a distance from one another; branches (24, 25) are coupled from their first ends to the first edge of the extension portion (23); the second ends of the branches (24, 25) extend to the front edge portion of the panel (3), the second ends of the first branch (24) and the second branch (25) are provided with joints (16b, 16c) attached thereto and the support member (17) being arranged to form a holding portion uniform hold the fastener (7) actuator connection and joints (16b, 16c).
