Microbial functional diversity of Pinus tabulaeformis and Ostryopsis davidiana forests

2010
To find out rule of microbial functional diversity in Pinus tabulaeformis,Ostryopsis davidiana'forests, and ultimately prove that Ostryopsis davidiana has the growth-promoting mechanism to Pinus tabulaeformis in natural forest ecosystems,BIOLOG technology was adopted to study microbial community in rhizosphere soil and the soil of surrounding root of pure Pinus tabulaeformis forest、pure Ostryopsis davidiana forest and mixed forests. The results showed:the average well color development(AWCD) of pure Ostryopsis davidiana forest's rhizosphere soil increased fastly.Microbial community diversity and community principal component analysis demonstrated mixed forest's rhizosphere soil was the most stable;Principal component analysis showed that the carbohydrates, followed by acids, amino acids and cluster-type compounds had the main ecological function.
