Evaluation of Plasma Exchange Effect in Patients with Lung Hemorrhage and Rapidly Progressive Glomerulonephritis Either Idiopathic or Vasculitis Associated

We comment here our experience on 19 patients presenting 23 episodes of pulmonary hemorrhage (PH) and 21 nephritic crises. Patients started conventional immunosuppression or immunosuppression plus plasma exchanges (PEX) by applying random criteria.
