Клеточная, сосудистая и экстрацеллюлярная составляющие лимфатической системы

2008
The ideas of the authors on main functions of the lymphatic system, which includes lymphoid organs, fixed and freely migrating lymphoid cells, lymphatic capillary and vascular nets, as well as interstitial fluid, lymph, connective tissue and extracellular matrix are formulated in the article. Joint activity of all these components helps realize protective, defencive functions of the lymphatic system aimed at preserving the bodys internal medium constancy by realizing drainage, detoxic, transport and effector functions of the lymphatic system. Morphofunctional unanimity of all the lymphatic system components enables it to play a key role in providing human health, while its dysfunction results in development of major pathologic processes.
