The case of the appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) by Ogilve is discussed wherein his application for Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment (AGDRP) was rejected by both an Authorized review officer and the SSAT. The AAT set aside the decision under review and in substitution decided that Ogilve qualified for the AGDRP.
