The invention provides a making method for a thermosensitive cross-linking material and a liquid crystal display panel and the liquid crystal display panel. The general structure formula of the thermosensitive cross-linking material is shown in the description, wherein A is shown in the description, B is shown in the description, and R is a first group obtained after a CH2 group in linear chain or branched chain alkyl with 5-20 C atoms, is substituted by a phenyl group or a naphthenic group or a -O- group or a -CONH- group or a -COO- group or a -O-CO- group or a -COO- group or a -CH=CH- group, or R is a second group obtained after the alkyl and an H atom in the first group are substituted by an F or Cl atom. According to the thermosensitive cross-linking material, under the condition of heating, a cross-linking reaction can happen between molecules, and a polymer with a cross-linked network is formed; when the thermosensitive cross-linking material is mixed with a liquid crystal material, after the polymer is formed under the condition of heating, the head group parts A and B can be anchored to the surface of a substrate through a phase separation process, and the branched chain part R can achieve a homeotropic alignment effect; as a result, the thermosensitive cross-linking material can be used for forming an alignment film, and then production cost of TFT-LCD is reduced.
