Orthogonal Design Research on K Charge Jet Forming Factors

In this paper, Aim at a certain charge diameter and initiation method,using finite element software ANSYS/AUTODYN analyzed four kinds of parameters of the K shaped charge jet, such as the liner thickness, the distance between explosion-proof body and liner, the radius and cone angle of explosion-proof body. On this basis, combined with the K charge characteristics, used orthogonal design method to optimize the structure. Four factors relationship of primary and secondary on jet forming process were analyzed, and compared the optimized jet with the former. The simulation result shows the optimized jet had better performance than the former, and the liner thickness is the most important factor on jet forming.
