Modélisation du comportement dynamique des liaisons glissières de machines-outils

2003
This article presents the work realized to obtain a numerical model allowing us to modelise slideways that can be easily adapted to any other mechanism. An experimental study on a real slideway is presented. This allows us not only to acquire the law of friction, it also allows us to describe the behaviour of such a mechanism in terms of solicitations. Moreover, as this work is quoted in the context of high speed machining, we validate the opportunity to increase the dynamic performances of these slideways by putting in obviousness weak points. Then a numerical model with the finite element method is presented. It offers the particularity to take into account the experimental friction law that evolves according to the pressure of contact and high speed of sliding. The results show a good correlation between the numerical and experimental results.
