The invention relates to a security seal having a first layer (1) on which first section elements (5, 6) can be applied, which together represent a first information. On the first layer (1) a second layer (3) is arranged, which second transparent section elements (9) and third section elements (8) having the light-reflecting, absorbing, refracting, diffusing, and / or diffractive properties. The second and third section elements are arranged to one another such that they gather individualized for the security seal information. The first, second and third section elements (5, 6, 8, 9) of the first and second layers (1, 3) are arranged further to each other such that third information at a certain viewing angle range of the security seal is visible. The invention further relates to a process for the preparation of the security seal.
