Novel preparation method of magnetic bimetallic cyanide complex catalyst

A technical scheme for solving a technical problem of a catalyst in the invention is to design a magnetic bimetallic cyanide complex catalyst. The catalyst is prepared by reacting excessive ZnCl2, a certain proportion of Fe , Fe and K3Fe(CN)6 in the presence of an organic ligand, and carrying out filtering, pulping and vacuum-drying onto generated precipitates. The novel preparation method is characterized in that amorphous-state magnetic bimetallic cyanide with high dispersion is obtained. The amorphous-state magnetic bimetallic cyanide is high in catalytic activity and high in reaction speed, has catalytic performances which are obviously superior to those of the magnetic bimetallic cyanide prepared by utilizing the conventional preparation method, is easily separated from a polyether product and can be recycled. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a magnetic bimetallic cyanide precursor; 2, preparing magnetic bimetallic cyanide. The preparation method of the catalyst disclosed by the invention is simple in process, does not need or only needs a small quantity of device modification to realize industrial production, is low in cost, good in adaptability and convenient for practical popularization and application.
