Carry out such studies often need access to long-term series of meteorological data, Since in most weather stations, weather for long-term access to data (particularly, daily data) is not possible.Weather generators can be used to extend the length of data series. These generators produce the synthetic weather data to be statistically similar to observed data. In this study, using the software meteonorm7.1.3 an application to build eqlima data and interpolated and climgen model for many cities and regions of the world and pvsyst5 a simulation software design solar energy production solar panels. To evaluate the potential of solar energy in five city in the provinces of Ardabil was the highest amount of electricity produced in the city khalkhal with 1564 kW / h and then Ardebil city with a 1523 kW / h Namin with 1512 kW /h, Meshkin shahr with 1407 kW/h and the lowest is in Pars-Abad to 1356 kW/h.
