The research deals with the role of interleukines in the development of inflammatory reactions in tooth prosthesis intolerance. The content of cytokines of the gingival and oral fluid in patients with tooth prosthesis intolerance suffering from chronic parodontitis was determined. The authors came to the conclusion that identification of supplemental diagnostic criteria of dental prosthesis intolerance was required.
